PAST EVENTS - 2024

May 23 - 28, 2024:

Our assembly sold flags in which people could purchase a flag to honor a loved one who is a veteran.  These flags were placed at the top of Holy Land for Memorial Day weekend.  Visible from I-84!

April 28, 2024:  On top of Holy Land, Waterbury, CT - we retired several hundred worn and used American flags. Patriotic songs accompanied the ceremony in remembrance of our veterans. 

April 5, 2024:  Msgr. John Bevins gives the talk on his experiences as a military chaplain at our second Food for the Body, Food for the Soul event.  Over 60 people attended for dinner and an inspiring patriotic and spiritual talk.
